1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the ozw365 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible via ozw365.bio.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the Platform.
• "Funds" means any real-money balance held in a player's ozw365 wallet, whether deposited or won.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or reward granted by ozw365 to a player's account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn.
• "Verification Documents" means government-issued identification, proof of address, or proof of payment method requested for KYC (Know Your Customer) purposes.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register an account on ozw365, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and for your own personal use only.
• You are not acting as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from ozw365 or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such use is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

Registration requires a valid email address, a unique username, and a secure password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. ozw365 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where false or misleading information has been provided.

Only one account per person is permitted. If duplicate accounts are identified, ozw365 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close those accounts, and any associated bonus funds will be forfeited.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

ozw365 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and anti-fraud standards. You may be required to submit Verification Documents at any point, including but not limited to:

• Before processing a withdrawal request.
• When cumulative deposits exceed certain thresholds.
• When account activity raises flags under our fraud detection systems.
• Randomly, as part of ongoing compliance reviews.

Acceptable identification documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of payment method may include a screenshot of your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet showing your registered number.

Failure to provide requested documents within 14 calendar days may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until documents are received and verified.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

ozw365 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).

The minimum deposit amount is ৳10. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are published in the player's account dashboard. ozw365 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, although your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified payment method registered in the same name as the ozw365 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Processing times are typically 15–30 minutes for bKash and Nagad; bank transfers may take up to 3 business days.

ozw365 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. We may withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

ozw365 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, tournament prizes, and other promotional rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are credited in bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements are stated individually for each promotion and typically range from 10x to 40x the bonus amount.
• Certain game categories (e.g., live dealer games, specific slots) may contribute less than 100% toward wagering requirements, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7–30 days from the date of credit. Unmet wagering requirements at expiry will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.
• ozw365 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in and commenced wagering will be given reasonable notice of any material change.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim promotions multiple times — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

6 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on ozw365 are final once confirmed. ozw365 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse placed bets except in the specific circumstances outlined below:

• A sports event is cancelled, postponed indefinitely, or abandoned before the minimum required play time is completed — in which case bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• A technical error in the odds display is identified before settlement — in which case ozw365 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• A game provider confirms a proven RNG malfunction — in which case affected game rounds will be voided and stakes returned per the provider's confirmed fault report.

In live sports betting, ozw365 reserves the right to suspend markets and refuse bets at any time. Odds are subject to change in real time. A bet is only confirmed and locked once a confirmation notification is issued to the player's account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ozw365 platform:

• Use of automated betting scripts, bots, or software tools that interact with the Platform without human input.
• Collusion with other players to fix game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing mistakes in a systematic manner.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ozw365 staff or other players via the support or chat channels.

Violation of these conduct rules will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all pending winnings, and a permanent ban from the Platform.

7 Responsible Gaming

ozw365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to all registered players to help manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via their account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them after a specified period of continuous play.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ozw365 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the property of ozw365 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or resell any content from the Platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any software component of the Platform.
• Use ozw365 branding, logos, or trademarks without prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated means.

9 Limitation of Liability

ozw365 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ozw365 excludes all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

ozw365 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from:

• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game service.
• Loss of data, profits, or goodwill resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform.
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in displayed odds, game outcomes, or account balances that result from technical faults beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account caused by the player's failure to maintain password security.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party payment provider failures.

In all cases where liability cannot be fully excluded, ozw365's total aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

ozw365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financing of illegal activities.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the required timeframe.
• Chargebacks initiated against ozw365 through a payment provider.
• Self-exclusion request made by the player.
• Determination by ozw365 that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform's integrity or other players.

Upon permanent account closure for breach of these Terms, ozw365 reserves the right to withhold the remaining account balance pending full investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

ozw365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Payment information is handled by certified payment processors and is never stored directly on ozw365 servers in unencrypted form.

12 Amendments to These Terms

ozw365 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a platform notification or email to registered players. Non-material changes (such as grammatical corrections, formatting updates, or clarifications that do not affect player rights) may be made without prior notice.

The version of these Terms bearing the most recent effective date displayed at the top of this page constitutes the current binding agreement. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13 Governing Language and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are written and governed in the English language. In the event of any dispute arising from the use of the ozw365 platform, we encourage players to first contact our support team at [email protected] so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally.

ozw365 is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution. All complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and investigated within 10 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to the player's satisfaction through our internal process, the player may seek resolution through an appropriate independent dispute channel.
